 "I started smoking in 1972 and for the following 35 plus years I smoked 1 to 2 packs a day.  Whenever I contemplated quitting, my biggest fear would arise.  It was not that I couldn't quit (I always knew I could quit); my biggest fear was that I wouldn't be able to remain a non-smoker.  So, why quit at all?

What happened?  I don't know.  I just know that the urges to smoke were now somehow manageable for me.  I listened to my CD daily and the urges became less intense and less frequent.
